Welcome!
I’m Miranda Halatsis, owner and baker behind Miranda’s Bakery. Baking and pastry arts have been my passion since I was young , it’s simply what I was meant to do.
I honed my craft at the world renowned Culinary Institute of America, then spent some time working in bakeries across New York City, gaining hands-on experience and refining my skills. Eventually, I returned home to Massachusetts to open my own bakery and build something truly my own.
At Miranda’s Bakery, everything is made with fresh, simple ingredients, and a whole lot of love.
